Kevin “Giggles” Dowell of the Perry County Road Department in Arkansas says that “EZ Street Asphalt puts you on easy street. He likes that “It stays in the hole, it’s durable, it takes the weather, and once it’s in the hole, it’s so easy to work, you wouldn’t think it ever gets hard enough to last. But boy, does that stuff get hard.” He likes getting compliments from the county and the public, saying that these roads are in the best shape ever. His co-workers agree. And the new County Judge (which, in Arkansas, is like a County Commissioner), echoes his road foreman, who says, “It’s well worth the money.”
